Booking and Rates
Can I pick up a rental on the same day?
Yes, most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes.
Do I have to create an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All the equipment you need comes with the rental.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies by trailer type and is shown at checkout before payment.
Pickup, Hours, and Delivery
What are your rental hours?
Pickup is available daily between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
How can I pick up my trailer?
We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.
Where can I find your trailers?
All trailers are stored in secure facilities in 5 Iron Horse Drive, Ringoes, New Jersey 08551.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes I do. I charge 50 an hour from when I leave to when I get back home. Try not to go past 15 miles out and would have to be pre arranged with me.
What You Need To Rent
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Is a special license required to tow a trailer?
No special licenses are required for personal use.
What is the minimum age to rent a trailer?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
Are tie-down straps included?
Yes, tie-down straps are included with the trailer.
Policies
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
What if I am late returning the trailer?
Late returns may incur additional fees if the trailer is not back by the scheduled return time.
Are damages to the trailer covered?
No, damages are the responsibility of the renter and are handled through your insurance or paid out of pocket, depending on severity.
